River Ranch Monthly Resort Fee
Private-rental guests are required to check in with River Ranch RV Resort and pay a separate resort fee. For longer stays, River Ranch currently charges:

The resort fee provides guest access to designated community facilities and services, including keycard access to pools, hot tubs, showers, restrooms, laundry facilities, and other qualifying resort amenities.
